GOG just tweeted something :
https://twitter.com/GOGcom/status/984814887766577153

The tweet says:

Many out of ten gamers agree: a healthy wishlist means a happy lifestyle. Especially on Monday. Here's why:
We're granting thousands of wishes to GOG users for #free!
The most wishlisted games will get super cheap!

Awesome, right? But we're not mind readers, so you know...
EDIT: removed some emojis as the forum software seems to be allergic to them.

I'm on board. Knocking a few off of my wish list would be cool. Getting a freebie would be awesome,
Different, not sure i'd add stuff to the wishlist just for something free...but nice nonetheless.
Instead of our wishlist, I 'm sure we will have the visit of Theodore for Monday ; )
I'm not exactly sure how to understand that "granting wishes for free" part, but it's not like I need to do anything about it. I already have a pretty long wishlist.

My wishlist is empty so i'll get nothing - just as i deserve. :D
I'm adding games to my wishlist. I do not think they will giveaway a game, but just in case.
We could use this thread to recommend some good games to add to our wishlist in the hope that they will receive a nice discount, I start with:
Where The Water Tastes Like Wine
Hyper Light Drifter
Vikings - Wolves of Midgard
Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition
Ghost of a Tale
Free games sound good. I wonder how they will decide what is given away. There used to be a similar thing for Valentine's Day last year, when I had just joined GOG, but I never understood how that worked. Hopefully I'll receive a surprise this time. :)

I would imagine it's just a random choosing of GOG members and then a random choosing of something off their wishlist that they'll just add to your account.

So in the related email they say "active GOG.COM users" ..... what determines if you are active?

Edit: interesting that it thinks I'm new.....

I have not gotten an e-mail yet for this promo, and I am most certainly an active GOG user - and I don't mean just posting in the forums.
