So I posted an issue I had a while back about gog not replying to my emails/support ticket regarding getting a refund for NWN2. A wonderful community mod saw my post and let the team know, who finally emailed me back and said they'd set me up with a refund. It has been 15 days since then and I have emailed them back requesting an update on my refund. No reply. Again, I'm hitting up the forums to get their attention.
Hello from the other side.
I've emailed you a dozen times.

Try contacting a blue via PM, for example Judas or Konrad.

OriginalTorchic: snip
They just have a really horrible infrastructure and management, besides their silly high requirements for menial positions (and refusal to allow anyone in who's not interested in moving to Poland to pick up their żlack). They usually follow up faster but I'm guessing Firek got sick or is finally getting a vacation.

If I could work from home I'd probably apply now :P

I think that we should stop suggesting blues every time.. even if they're helpful, can a few people really replace the official support?

No, but at least there's more chance of them responding than support responding in these cases. :P

Zlack is Spanish for mental problems.

yeah, but there seems to be a polish letter "Ż" (z with a dot above) there so it got me curious...

I think it's a witty play on 'slack'. MB is truly a cunning linguist.

Yeah, it seems to be Polish but trust me - it's not a Polish word. Google Translate made a mistake again: we have an old word for student but it's "żak" not "żlack"

Probably, but as a non native English speaker I didn't get it but became curious about it...

I wish you luck to get it resolved quickly. My own experience with whatever gog service case I had was always quick and pleasant; be it a game not working, a refund or just to complain about an overzealous wishlist is on sale reminder for a game not on the wishlist anymore.

So, we meet again.
At this point, I'm wondering if there's an issue with emails getting through on either end – I don't think we have that much of a support backlog. At any rate, since it worked out last time, we will dance the dance of inboxes one more time (and also try to figure out why we can't seem to get in touch so that you don't have to start a forum thread every time you need help).

Sorry about this whole thing!

By all means, talk to us if you need help! We can't do everything support can, but we can do our best to help or point you in the right direction.

I was making a pun. I meant slack, but wrote it with a Polish character to make it infer GOG's geo-ethno-centric preference.
