I've been having an issue with my Stellaris installation and received one response from GOG in 5 days. I hope it'll get resolved this week but at this tempo it might take a while. Hope they improve this aspect in the future.

They take 1-2 months now a days to respond to stuff, so no, not improving.

Not quite. More like, for a year it's been slow so it's obvious... or it should have been. I suppose there's people who haven't been needing many tickets and never come here.

5 days is a great response time, relative to the norm around here. The quickest response I got was after 9 days. It's been an ongoing problem for over 2½ years now.

indeed. i have been here since the start, and only had 2 tickets, both years ago. your 'advice' or 'message' to the user here is basically very unhelpful.

If tickets were processed at a decent rate, my 'message' wouldn't have even come up.

While i hope things improve, it doesn't look like it will at the current rate.

Porr support is why I stopped spending my money here.

That and the constant influx of sex games.
