It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hello,

I wanted to use the support form, but it's not even coming up. It seems the website is broken on my browser.

Firefox 68.6.1esr on Linux on amd64
Installed extensions: UniverseView Extension 4.1.3
Installed plugins:
- OpenH264 Video Codec from Cisco Systems, Inc. 1.8.1
- Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0
- Widevine Content Decryption Module 4.10.1440.18

As you can see, save for the UniverseView Extension it's quite vanilla.

Installing a newer version of the browser is out of question because this is the latest stable version on my distribution. Back when Firefox 68.0 was brand new, all the profiles working from Firefox 60.x were broken, so I'm not going to take that risk and set up my browser profile all over again.

Are you using the web page? It’s just I see galaxy mentioned in that screenshot. Also, does it do it for all the other pages, eg if you click on orders and payments?
You may just have to bite the bullet and use an up to date browser if that is the case, you say you distro does t have up to date versions, perhaps it’s time to move onto another distro?
Am afraid there is not more I can suggest.
It may be a result of blocked JavaScript or cloudflare.net but no idea what could cause it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This browser version still should be ok, but if other browser/newer version is out of the question, try safemode for firefox:
Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode.
Hi,

Sorry to necro this thread, but it seems it's a problem with Gentoo and not GOG. Firefox is broken on a lot of websites - if I could post links, I'd post the link to bug number 725266 on Gentoo's bugzilla.
