Sorry if this has been asked before!

With my ever growing gog collection I now have a few games that are no longer available to buy and it got me thinking about gog's stance on supporting them. Does anyone know if gog continue to support and update games (not with content just fixes) once they have been delisted? I totally understand if they don't and this is no way a rant or anything I am just curious is all.
I don't know how much access GOG have at that point but the developer certainly can continue updating as seen with The Long Dark (Most devs wouldn't bother though) but that whole episode is really bizarre anyway, support continues just fine but not selling here for some weird reason.

Good question.
The way I see it: Yes, they will continue to support you, if you should run into problems with your version of the game.
But, No, they won't (or better: they can't without publisher's consent?) update delisted games (be it contentwise or fixwise).

However - that's just my interpretation of things.

To be really sure, you may rather want to ask GOG support.
The only thing with The Long Dark updates here is that I've never gotten any update notifications.
low rated
my gut (...lol?) feelin' is if a gamie is delisted devs no longer giv a sheep 'bout updatin' it on gogie. an' lets be honest, gogie cant demand squat
no purchase. in either sense!

mebbe some devs still do it, buuut i bet most do not for obvs reasons
