Hi,

I have a case for support. I already raised three tickets and I still have no reply AT ALL. I'm waiting since October (it's December now).

I don't want to go "full Karen" here but is there any way to contact GOG Support in the way they REPLY? Because it's just ridiculous and unprofessional now.

Best regards

GOG's Support claims they are overloaded at this time so your solution is to either wait

or refund

Other then the ticket method there is no other way to contact support, hopefully getting support back on track is one of the methods gog is planning to save themselves.

If it's a really pressing life-and-death matter you could try to private-message some of the "blues", like

What?! But they even have chat bot now! Well golly darn gosh, I'm shocked!

Seriously though, I'm sorry, but I think it's been something like I year now that we've been seeing threads like yours pop up at least once a week. GOG's straining support seems to have collapsed during the Cyberpunk release debacle and never recovered. The recent addition of a chat bot feel like the ultimate admission of defeat on their part.

I used to do tech support free of charge, every day, for a year on their reddit.
Helped probably 100 people directly, and 1000's indirectly, never got so much as a thank you. Instead I was constantly suspended or threatened to be banned because I'm not nice enough, meanwhile the people I helped were thankful of course.
Same shit here, I wouldn't mind spending every day helping people, but gog doesn't deserve it. I was doing it because I constantly saw posts like yours, and how can gog be successful when there are so many people that can't even get in contact with a human? Literally learned galaxy inside and out so I could help them, and the problem still persists.

They just aren't willing to work hard enough or pay enough people to work hard enough to take care of the problem. You could contact damn near any nickel and dime rebrand company out there and have a response within a day, but it takes literally months for gog to respond, if at all.

GL to you, I'd contact chandra, she is sweet and will probably get it handled in short time.

Hm, I found no tickets assigned to this particular account and its e-mail address. Did you contact us using some other e-mail?

If possible, please send me your ticket ID so I can search for it in our inboxes.

Please also make sure you replied to eventual automatic response (in case it changes your ticket's status to "Pending" instead of "New" or "Open").
