It is me or, now since we have moved past the half-way marker, are the same deals not recycling every 12 hours? I expected new games would be offered each day, however; perhaps my expectations were way off.

Especially with the Steam sale now going on I would think GOG would raise it up a notch - not saying the sales are not good, just looking for more selections to be part of the sale.

What are your thoughts?

Yes, it's a bit of a drag, but that's not unheard of for GOG. I guess they simply have their pool of games they're allowed to put on sale, and that's all they've got right now.

At least the bundles changed after the big day. I was afraid at first that GOG would simply recycle those, as well.

Ich bought 20 games on my wishlist, I honestly cant complain.

But yes, getting the same games every 12 hours is getting a bit dull.

Well, on the bright side, the bundled games arent "recycled".
There's some games that I have been waiting for that have not been on sale this summer. I hope they are still going to be discounted.
The funniest thing is that Guacamelee has not been discounted but the Super Turbo Championship Edition has. -Probably because no one bought the Super Turbo Championship Edition..
I just want the normal Gold Edition! :D
I've spent too much anyway during this sale.

Steam has a bigger catalog .
Once in a while a game shows up that hasn't been discounted before. This War of Mine was 50% off after the halfway mark for example.
Still :(
There are ~650 games rotating on the daily deals; it's true we've seen most of them but that's a sizable number. Personally I like that GOG is showcasing a ton of "flash deals" at once so although we've seen most of them there's been a good pick at any given time (versus Steam that trickles out a few at a time, GOG will have more of the rotating titles overall).

The promo material for the sale says to expect some surprises and I think GOG understands the complaint that showing all the deals early on dulls things a bit so maybe there will be some unexpected stuff (like This War of Mine, or better)...
There better be.....................
