I casually noticed that the artbook of Syberia: The World Before, which was being given away as a pre-order bonus of the game, has been removed from the accounts without any reason.
Other friends of mine have confirmed that the artbook has disappeared from their libraries as well, and gogdb confirms that the file was removed on March 18.

Since support tickets are now extremely slow, I thought I'd open a thread to alert the staff more quickly and resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.

That is strange, I will forward it, so we can investigate it further. Next time if something like this arises where something completely disappears from several accounts, please let me know directly.
