pimpmonkey2382.313: That's not the point. They obviously don't have the staff, thus the resources to go in directions like this. Hell they're probably flooded with stupid witcher 3 questions.

shmerl: As I said, I doubt e-books require a lot of support in comparison with games.
As I said, that still wasn't the point.
I just read this post and I even didn't knew about that webs, it looks interesting. If you make a wishlist for it, I would sign it.
Thank you for the info :)

You said they are flooded with support requests. So what is the point then? Their support team is different from the group which negotiates with publishers and developers.

pimpmonkey2382.313: They can't provide support on the weekends.
They do actually. The recent job offer for support mentioned working 4 week days and 1 weekend day. Week days would be from the office, weekend day could be remotely. They are adding weekend support for some time now.

Man, talk about stuff I would buy too much of and not play enough of...

The other sites like RPGNOW have a lot of free pieces of rpg stuff that the different creators give out. Would fit in line with GOG's generous free games they give when you make an account.
This would be a pretty nice idea. YEP!

I definetly would like to see where it could lead. Might be very interesting.
