Vertax: ...
Good question that pippin just asked. Is the game only gone on Galaxy? (Galaxy isn't GOG)

Or is it actually gone from your account?
Check here: https://www.gog.com/account

And did you PM ponczo_? He's one of the GOG team and might be able to help.
Hey now, there cannot be anything wrong with Galaxy as it is the game client to rule them all, or at least that is the plan.

Amen
I also had a video in my lib (it even says I have it) but it's nowhere to be found. I contacted support and they were utterly useless.

Edit: Oh it seems it has magically re appeared.

Vertax: i didnt uninstall the game, i dont have 2 accounts

i didnt notice anything until recently and that was when gog did that update, and changed what gog looked like

i bought the game directly on gog

i looked for the hidden thing, that vendor lazarus talked about, i dont see that my collection text, my options for games is recent, owned and installed

i searched my computer, and dungeon keeper 2 was found and i cant launch it that way and play it, but it isnt showing up on gog....i guess that donest matter as longa as i can play the game

thanks for suggesting to search computer for it i app it
If you can find it installed, then just remove the issue, galaxy. Best thing anyone can do!

but as long as i can play the game i dont really care where it is listed and i can now play the game so it is all good

You must be using Galaxy, your account shows playtime and achievements. You got an achievement in "Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2" 8 days ago.

I suggest you PM ponczo_ because if you don't get to the bottom of this you may find yourself unable to install it again in the future.

Many games installed via their offline installer contain a Galaxy API nowadays.

Yes but they would not unlock achievements here on the site without Galaxy.

As BKGaming said, if Galaxy isn't installed then there's no Galaxy service for the API to communicate with. I also mentioned play time and that is counted by Galaxy itself and has nothing to do with Galaxy integration of a specific game. The OP's profile shows 10 hours played on DK2 and that game definitely doesn't have Galaxy integration. Thus the OP must have been playing the game through Galaxy and not noticed.

Thanks for the clarification! I only mentioned it because you said using Galaxy - you can have it installed but starting the game via the exe.

That's true, although I don't think achievements are recorded if the game isn't launched through Galaxy. I may be wrong there though.
Still, play time of a game without Galaxy integration can definitely only be counted if the game is launched through Galaxy...
