Looking at the support page it only says "Please rest assured that we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible."

Where did you get the 24 hours from?

It says "Within 24 hours". No where does it say those 24 hours are going to be consecutive!

i don't know, i only contacted once fhe french support , and it was slower vs the english one.... so...

i agree if it's written in 24h, it should be in this time frame.

I like this version best. They got back to me finally after the big sale, probably 2 weeks ago about a refund. I replied to that ticket and have yet to hear anything back... it's as if support trolled me.
