possibly but gog never shares its release plans, sometimes they drop hints via their twitter but only time will tell.

Sony doesn't care about Drakan at all so the chances are no, it will never be coming.

GOG would probably have to throw a whole lot of money at Sony to convince them to bother releasing it, which wouldn't make sense for GOG because they wouldn't make enough sales from the game to recoup that money.
