I've never played a Warhammer game, that isn't a strategy/tactics game, so it would be interesting to see how a hack and slash could turn out. But considering that Warhammer Deathwind and Vermintide, seem to have done quite well, it should be quite an achievement to mess it up. Plus the developers have experience with hack and slash games, since they made the How to Survive series.

Valdasaar: I don't think the game will be released by gog.

We appreciate the feedback, however we're currently only able to bring Chaosbane to Steam.

tfishell: Too bad. RPGs seem to be one of the most-popular, if not the most-popular, genre here on GOG. I suspect that if it is a good game it would sell well here. I wonder if the main problem is Galaxy multiplayer.

I like actual good Warhammer games but it's hard to be optimistic when the IP consists of 90% crap and the meager 10% of it that's fun.
Exactly my thoughts, since Relic lost the exclusive WH40k license, 40k games have turned into cheap shovelware made by no-name Euro developers. That's not to say that Relic is perfect (they did make DoW3 after all), but I doubt we'll ever see a 40k game on par with Dark Crusade again.
