Please, keep the original game icons of the game designers. That circular modified gog icons looks not nice in most cases....

The original icons should still be in the installation folder, for games that did have them of course. If you are asking for the ones GOG used back in the day, moment for link.

DOS games have no "original" icons.

And most, if not all, windows games come with their original icons included (often in the game's .exe or some dll). You can just change back to them from by editing the properties of the shortcuts (that's what I do, most of the time). Older games' icon of course don't scale well - on the other hand this has it's own pixel-art charm.

Those old icons don't even scale to the smallest size. Some don't even break 24 x 24. I need icons at least 48 x 48.

Does anyone have any updated links to more new style icons since the last link was posted
