First of all, I want to make it clear why I want to make a refund.

1. Due to the popularity of cyberpunk game, I often see Posts praising cyberpunk when I surf the Internet. When I don't contact this game, I think it's a very good game.

2. At about 10:00 a.m. on December 12, I used the Gog platform to buy the game of cyberpunk. Because ten months ago, the Gog platform launched a 30 day voluntary refund policy, so I was relieved to buy the game on the Gog platform.

3. But after downloading the game, I found that cyberpunk is very different from the game I imagined. This game requires too much computer configuration. I only have a computer three years ago. After I open cyberpunk, I often get stuck and can't run.

4. The game of cyberpunk has too many shortcomings. In the first 10 minutes, I was stuck in the corner twice.

5. The game screen does not support the third angle of view, which makes my reaction very violent, dizzy, nauseous and even want to vomit.

6. After the trial, I lost confidence in cyberpunk, so I unloaded cyberpunk on my computer and submitted an email about 11:00 a.m. on December 12.

7. After that, there was no customer service response to my refund for up to five days.

8. I asked the Gog staff of the forum to help me with my refund. Finally, a customer service replied to the email, but claimed that it could only be refunded to Gog wallet.

9. In the forum, several netizens applied for refund later than I did, but they all successfully used the original payment method for refund. But in my email, I claimed that I could only refund to the Gog platform wallet. It made me lose more confidence in cyberpunk.

10. In the email, it claimed that under the 30 day voluntary refund policy, without harming the gamers and other players, I could only refund to Gog wallet, which was unacceptable to me.

11. According to the latest 30 day refund policy, the original payment method can be used for refund, although it can take up to several weeks.

12. Therefore, I would like to ask, why not give me a refund by using the original payment method, while other friends have successfully used the original payment method for refund. Why? Can't I hurt the interests of other players?

As for the reply time and that some can be replied sooner than the others: our team has agents that are assigned to dedicated regional inboxes.
