Hi, really not sure where to post this as I've tried to go through support but they just ignored this after a nonsense answer.

Recently there was a winter sale, GOG said if you buy $50 or more of games you get a free copy of Blackguards, I paid well over that but their system didn't register it before the sale ended (even though it was 12 hours before the end of the sale) now I cannot get a code to redeem the free game and their support just pretends it never happened.

What to do?

(I've considered the forget about it and just move on solution so if that's yours don't bother telling me).

I did they said I should have got an email which I didn't get hence why this post. Did you read the first line before answering?
Check your spam folder... Although i've heard sometimes emails can take 2 days before they arrive, so just be patient for a little while, sometimes email servers and systems just get hickups. It happens.

1) Did you check your spam folder, if you have one?

2) Since you bought more than $50, go to Order and Settings, prepare a list of transactions ID numbers from the sale (2-13 December) that amount to at least $50 and send it to them. Tell them that you did not get a Blackguards gift email and ask them to resend the email to you (or simply email you the code). Be courteous, not demanding. Hopefully, it will work.

I was going to say, there's probably going to be a lot of codes being given away... by January 15th...

You might want to mark trentonlf as the solution.
I did, but I phrased my post badly perhaps. I try again.

GOG's ticketing system isn't as good as Steam/uPlay/Origin.

Contact Support, whether you've done it or not, it doesn't matter. 100 times if necessary.

If they're not replying or no auto reply, it's either swamped, your spam folder, or it gets buried.

You achieve nothing by posting - it won't be solved officially. What you're getting is helping hand from other users, good, but it doesn't solve anything in the long run.
