That was an interesting game, and it was fun to see things from the mod end, where I knew where the bullets were.

Mod Thread (mostly good for seeing which chambers had the bullet, and some minor commentary between me and mchack)

Scum Thread (ZFR died so early that it is basically empty)

I only put my metaphorical finger on the metaphorical scale once. As detailed in the mod thread, when I was rolling for bullet chambers before assigning roles and anything, I decided to discard the very first roll because it was a 1. I figured "Let's at least give everyone a chance to show up before the dying begins". It didn't occur to me that someone (ZFR) would self-target, or I'd have kept it for the chance of serious lulz. Watching ZFR, as scum this time, blow his own head off with the very first shot of the game would have been too funny to miss.

Agent managed to pull out the victory, despite nearly starting with an 8-to-1 disadvantage, where one of them was pretty heavily town for killing scum. Good job, Agent!

Damn. So I should have taken the first shot after all XD


Good job agent, I actually had you down as scum all game but it was basically just a guess till the end... We'd have won if I'd shot you instead of Lift, oh well.

FWIW, I didn't understand Rule #9 this way, i.e. each round = one Day. I was playing under the impression that each Day ends at around 4pm EST with multiple rounds being fired during each Day. So, I was quite puzzled when you invoked Rule #9 and shot me, as the way I was counting, we were still in D2 where Lifthrasil had shot SirPrimalform in an earlier round.

Just saying it now, as I couldn't partake in the discussion at the time.

That was so lucky. I was pretty sure I was dead a few times, but the deadlines managed to kill the biggest threats. XD

Good game, everyone. I enjoyed that although I pretty much lost the game for Town single handedly by suiciding (especially when I was about to shoot at agent as I found him more suspicious than Lift). Unfortunately I made the stupid decision to wait for a resolution of the active shot and not queue mine in advance. My other mistake was that I thought in 2018 there would be connectivity everywhere and I will be able to check in again from the club where our Christmas party was held and submit my shot from there. Yeah.

Sorry Town, for letting you down.

Ah. It probably didn't help that some of the shots happened quickly enough that the same 4pm deadline stayed in effect a few times.

You probably already get what I was going for, but the idea was to keep the game moving quickly; after a kill, the next deadline wouldn't fall on the same RL day, but it would happen by the next day.

I did wonder why you didn't go ahead and queue the shot. Either the previous shot would miss, leaving you with no new information, or it would hit and your queue'd shot wouldn't fire.

That sucks about the surprise lack of internet connection.

Looked like a fun game guys. I thought Lift was Scum. Adalia I town read, Dedo I wasn't sure. Agent seemed to be doing no scum hunting which was suspect.
