Hey,
I just downloaded a game and when I open it by clicking the "Launch (game name)" file, it brings up the GOG launcher that demands I log in or go offline.

Would it be possible to keep this as a separate program from the actual games? One of the reasons why I've been supporting GOG has been because they don't have these kinds of things like Steam does.

Was it one of the following games?

Aliens vs Predator Classic 2000
Double Dragon Trilogy
Rise of the Triad (2013)
Witcher Adventure Game

If yes, the game's shortcut is programmed to do this in order to enable online multiplayer. To avoid this, you can run the game's exe through its directory.
Yes, the game in question was the 2013 Rise of the Triad, but as I'm looking at the shortcut of the game, instead of the actual game it tries to load Galaxy Client, that seems to have been installed on my computer without asking if I'd like to install it.

Yes, it will be completely separate once we launch Galaxy. It is bundled for now with a few games as a temporary solution. You can uninstall it at any time, and the game will still work fine (the same will go for the Galaxy Client).
