It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I always backup my GOG installers immediately whenever I bought something here.
So I can wait for the fix.

But for those who want to play games now, and have no installers at hand.
Good luck.
Are you reallllly a Gog hater or does everything have to be perfect?

He/she isn't on the level of apehater, but they do demand precision.

Well, perfection is good but not worth worrying about as it's also a rarity.
My library works on Chrome again, but not before I erased all my cookies and cache.

cleared everything

STILL NOT WORKING

this is getting really fucking annoying

Are there any Blues around that can confirm this is being worked on?

Probably doesn't matter, but...

I haven't cleared anything - same Firefox settings as yesterday, I stay logged in, and just a couple extensions: AdBlock something and NoSquint.

I can access only the first page of my library. Title search, Sort By, selecting Updated, and the pull-down filters are all not working for me at this time.

Has to get fixed - obviously - but it is a curious breakage of the site, considering the library didn't seem to be updated along with other parts of the store.

Ah well, back to UnderRail. Really getting sucked into this game.
I use the Galaxy client to access my Wishlist and I can confirm that I'm experiencing the same thing as those of you using web browsers. Within Galaxy, my Wishlist went completely blank! My Library appears to be ok, but maybe that's because all of my games fit on the first page?

I always back up my games right after purchasing them. But..., maybe I should also back up my purchase history and proof of payments too. ;) I'll give the staff some time to work their magic and fix it all up again.

"We have top men working on it right now."
I think the new website design needs to be crated and stored in a secret warehouse ;)
Site was down for me on my tablet, but loaded okay albeit a bit slow on my desktop. I cleared the cache and everything on my tablet and everything worked fine again.

As a rule of thumb, I generally backup my installers and manuals upon purchase. I have most everything backed up on flash drives and burned DVD/CDs.
Working absolutely fine on my end.

However, I am a blessed individual.

You're welcome for this incredibly constructive insight, hope it helps.

For the record, my Library is still unaccessible now.
My Lybrary is still unaccessible too. Tried a bunch of different things (refreshing, different browsers) but nothing worked.
People who do not backup their gog games have no reason to not be on steam. Just saying.

Your games are not more "drm-free" if you keep them on this shop's server instead of that one. The difference is that gog doesn't force you to stock them on their servers while steam does. But as long aa you don't do backups, you're just as tied and dependant on both.
