SmollestLight: As our Support has already answered in your ticket, we have informed the appropriate team. Please keep in mind that the forum is not the place to escalate tickets.
It was July 14 - almost a MONTH ago, and still nothing has changed. I think that this amount of time was more than enough to request a new batch of serial keys.

Basically, you sold me (and other customers who bought the game recently) a product with features that are missing due to your fault. The moment when the serial keys ran out was overlooked by the GOG staff, not by the customers or someone else. In this situation, you should at least apologize for the inconvenience you caused.

Do your job properly and no one will have to "escalate" anything on the forums.

OHMYGODJCABOMB: Why do you keep ignoring the question about serial keys for SPORE Collection?
GOG would have to be waiting on EA to generate keys since they're the gamedevs (absorbed Maxis) and publishers. It's like you're effectively blaming an emergency dispatcher for a slow response when they've already dispatched the police / firefighters / EMTs and those guys are already on their way to location. You need to objectively analyze the logistics path and pinpoint the cause before throwing tamper tantrums at reps unjustifiably.

my name is supyreor catte: Especially since as I already pointed out, Sega has a game here. One game, but that's still enough to explain and justify them listing GOG as a partner.
Yep, turned out to be a red herring. They just updated their official partners list out of obligation for one game.

Is there any chance of Dead Space and Crysis 2-3 coming to GOG?
