I have spent about 17$ on games that were discounted from the Halloween sale, but I have not received Tales from the Borderlands. Can I purchase it for free now or should It have been added to my library after making my transaction?
I have gotten some excellent games from the sale so I am not too upset, but I was also very interested in Tales from the Borderlands.
