Steam is counting down for its Summer Sale in a few days according to rumors. Does GOG have this kind of grand sale in which everything in your wishlist just magically goes down in price? Or Steam is still king? Just new in this PC game owning field.

GOG's summer sale ended a week or two ago. They might have another to keep up with Valve, but another massive sale so soon might be hard to pitch to developers. Plus, it might annoy developers who base their release schedule around when the platforms do their sales.

As Ragmand above mentioned, you've just missed GOG's summer sale. Their next big sale will be the winter sale. However, GOG has many weekly/theme sales and all kinds of surprise deals every now and then. Just keep an eye out on things.

No it won't; they are going to have a Fall sale way before the Winter sale.

Well there is usually 3 sales (weekly, midweek and weekend) happening every week so you might find a game you are interested.. Also the next big sale will probably be the autumn sale which usually happens in September.

And last year they had a black friday sale, whis was imho better than the winter sale. So many huge discounts, it was awesome.
