hey guys im having a problem with my gog Galaxy it would not open since i installed the latest windows 10 OS.

It is asking for MSVCP110.DLL i uninstalled gog and reinstalled many times and still no luck.

uninstalling microsoft visual C++ 2013 AND 2013 and reinstalling them also did not work i am out of ideas and would like some help on this

Isn`t it part of microsoft visual C++ 2012 and not 2013?
Don`t forget to install both the 32Bit and 64Bit one.

And vcredist_x86.exe should be all he needs since Galaxy is a 32bit program.

OMG THANK YOUU I WAS MISSING THE 32BIT ONE i dont even know how that was possible

Many times I try to reinstall vcredist but it won't install the missing dll's.

I have tryed to put the missing dll's into my pc but they seem to get deleted imediately

Help please.

try to remove and reinstall all visual c++ redists

(restart windows after this)

Well after all steps mentioned here my galaxy still does not work.......i click on it and then it happens nothing....tried to delete but then it sad it was running although nothing was at that time..........im fustrated cause i bought witcher 3 recently and cannot play it:(

You don't need Galaxy to play Witcher 3. Just go into the Witcher 3 installation folder and start it from the game exe (not the launcher).

If you don't have Witcher 3 installed yet, go to your library, select Witcher 3, click on More and choose 'Classic Installers'. DL all parts (if there's more than one), make sure they're all in the same folder, and then click on the installer file (do not unpack any of the files - just leave them as they are). Then play the game.

i also figured out why this problem maybe accured:my pc logged me out of all apps including steam,spotify and so forth......could this have caused this?Just a theory....

Aye, if only that was the case when my launch disc came in the mail. Insert disc, setup, install galaxy, select no, game install closes... is this steam?!!!

Hell, I couldn't even get the day one patch without Galaxy at the time. Is this still the case?

Day 1 patch was available since day 1 on The Witcher 3 site. Galaxy was never needed to get it.

Same issue here for some time now, I give up. Application won't start, before that it was all bugged-out. Windows 10. I can't play any of my games, which is pretty ridiculous, I've re/un-installed and deleted folders/filders - restarted numerous times. No luck.

Don't need galaxy to install/play your games.
You can access your game library with your webbrowser.
On top of the forum right next to "SUPPORT" is your user ID, mouse over that and click on "Games".
This will bring up your game library and allow you to download offline installers.
