I've noticed this on 2 machine with Windows 10.
The check/crosses under configurations for games (eg Witcher 3 DLC) shows a question mark inside a box instead of the correct check/cross. Slightly threw me (and may throw others) when I reinstalled after upgrading to Windows 10.

Probably a font/encoding error I guess, but I think it should be fixed.

Its probably a font bug.
