I think that particular wish (which was also the object of the merging votes controversy) has been marked as "in progress" for a long time already.

The GOG staff already said that they plan to bring Galaxy to GOG. However, they are not working on it at the moment and there is no plan when. That's what I remember reading not so long ago.
And as Consul already mentioned, that wish has been like that for a very very long time.

IIRC, that was in the very beginning of this Galaxy mania, when it was just announced. I don't think the status there ever changed since, even though priorities may have.
