Maybe you should look into sorting out the failed Windows 10 update you performed, and what damage that may have done to your system...?.
Can you access your games through your account?

I can open my profile in site, but I installed games to GOG galaxy app and can't open them without it (nothing happens)

I have rebooted my computer 5 times by that time and nothing changed

Did you open a support ticket like the error message recommends? Others are having the same problem but haven't found a solution:
help me: Error! Galaxy executable checksum doesn't match

Did you perform a clean reinstall, as follows?
1. Uninstall GOG Galaxy from the Windows Control Panel.
2. Open File Explorer and enter %ProgramFiles(x86)% into the address bar. If the GOG Galaxy folder has been left behind, delete it.
3. Enter %AllUsersProfile% into the address bar. If the GOG.com folder has been left behind, move it to the desktop.
4. Install using the latest full installer that doesn't download anything from the Internet.

Did you try launching them by opening File Explorer and double-clicking the game executable in the installation folder? The shortcuts will try to launch GOG Galaxy, so those wouldn't work if GOG Galaxy no longer works.

Edit: fixed typo.

You don't need the galaxy client. Uninstall it and forget about it.
Download the normal game installers from your account. That's why I gave the link.

I'm saving this option as last resort, but seeing that it's not just me and people have this problem for weeks with no solution Im thinking about doing it soon..

wonder if it's a hardware issue. bad sectors maybe.

You might do a scandisk, right-click on the main drive, go to properties, tools, check disk. Then check the option to scan for bad sectors. Likely it will refuse and say you need to reboot (as file locks and all that jazz). This will take several hours, and may also repair some sectors if ECC hardware wise can handle it.

A few months ago i was having drive issues and someone commented on a specific windows utility to run to fix sectors as well for NTFS. Didn't work for me due to the drives basically failing and taking a few days to back up my files in a slow arduous process.

Scanned both discs and there was only some kind of issue on disc D (where i have games) and it didn't change anything

That was far too short for a sector scan. But if you're happy with it, then i am not sure what to suggest.

I just had this issue and this was the answer. Once it is all uninstalled, download the offline installer from here https://content-system.gog.com/open_link/download?path=/open/galaxy/client/2.0.73.27/setup_galaxy_2.0.73.27.exe
