I'm trying to use a code that was emailed to me a couple months ago at the Redeem page. I type/copy & paste it in and hit "Continue" but in the following step the only thing I can click on is the "Cancel" button. I've attached a screenshot of the situation with the code redacted. What do I do?


I've never downloaded anything from gog before, so this is the first time I've tried using the Redeem Code page. I've tried it in the latest version of Firefox (39.0) and Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.9600.17843), with the same result.

You don't need it now, go to http://www.gog.com/galaxy and download it.

The code u hv is vaild but it is no longer required as GOG Galaxy (Beta) is now freely available 4 all 2 download via https://www.gog.com/galaxy.

As such, u will not able 2 redeem it anymore. Just FYI, those who had previously redeemed the code will not find GOG Galaxy (Beta) in their library anymore as well. :)

Thanks for all the replies! I hadn't noticed that it had become an open beta. I downloaded it from the website and it's working out pretty well.
