The current 11-bit Studios Frostpunk rules state: winners will be contacted via the forum's instant messaging service. How does this work? I don't see an IM link anywhere on the site. How do winner's claim their contest prize?

1= to send a message to someone you open their profile or right click on their icon

2 = assuming you goto profile there is a 'send message' but the system doesn't really work because people have to allow all kinds of spam in order to use it

3 = note Gog staff ignore your settings and send you messages no matter what your profile says so you will get an alert

On the site, the bell icon at the top of the page would show you have new notifications, as indicated above.
You can check your inbox or start new conversations by hovering over your name at the top of the page here, then choosing Chat. To start a new conversation, you can pick a username you previously talked to, or type one in to search for somebody.
You can also start new conversations by hovering the mouse over the forum avatar and choosing Start Conversation from the menu. This won't be available if either user's Privacy settings don't allow it.
