Email topic: "Code for your second purchase!"

But when I try to apply the coupon to the cart, I get the error message: "This promo code requires a different number of paid orders in your account."

Was this sent to me by mistake, given that I've certainly made more than 1 GOG purchase over years?

Don't feel like the lone stranger. It's either incompetence, disorganization, or in business terms, sunk costs.
A whole dollar? Wow!

They really want you to work for that one spot :)
I hear that GOG support does take some time, so possibly it was queued after your first purchase, back in 2009? ;) And back then, thanks to inflation, $1 would have been worth twice or even thrice as much as today.
Edit: it seems that they are correct though: the code probably queries if your total purchases == 1. But it is higher, so it is correct requiring a different number (1) of paid orders. ;)

Yeah, I was going to get Blood 2 for $0.19, as I certainly wouldn't pay over a buck for that one :)
Anyone figure out how to use it?

A new game, doesn't work.
An existing game (IE gift), doesn't work.
multiple items in cart, doesn't work.

It seems really weird they meant it for ONLY the second purchase you've ever made as most people signed up for e-mail's would have more then 2.
