It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

UPDATE: As I've discovered, the links for the GOG Downloader version of installer files can still be accessed through a drop-down menu within the game's information page. Please disregard my question below, BUT it would perhaps be nice to see a GOG Downloader link in a more obvious location! That said, it's not exactly like breaking one's back to find it.

WIth GOG's new account page layout, I see an option to download the GOG downloader in a drop-down menu, but I do not see a GOG Downloader link for the actual game. When I click on the download file, it downloads as an EXE using my browser's default download process. Has the GOG Downloader been axed in favour of Galaxy? Is the extra download speed of the GOG downloader a thing of the past?

Click the game you want, then "More", then "GOG Downloader links".
