Can you be more specific? Did you buy a retail copy of Witcher 3 or did you buy a digital copy of the game from another store?

If you bought it from GOG:
Check your library. Go to the top of the screen on GOG, log in, put your mouse on "account", then click on "library".

If you got a gift code for GOG:
Check your email. Go to gog.com/redeem and enter the code in your email there.

If you got a retail copy:
You can't redeem that here. Sorry.

If you got a copy elsewhere that promised a GOG code:
Check their website. Some sites want you to link the accounts first, and some of them just won't let you.

If you bought a boxed copy, you should have a code somewhere with the game.

first, redeem the code for the game itself that came with your retail copy here:

after that go here:

just add it to your cart and check out with it. it's free.

go account -> library, you will see the witcher 3 there, click on it, and you'll see all the downloadable content
