This whole thread kind of puzzles me. Where is GOG going to get the money to issue all those refunds? I doubt very much that there's anything in the contract that would require Tinybuild to provide the money, if they're not already being required to supply the updates they create here.
IMHO, it's rather unfortunate that Tinybuild is apparently outright refusing to support the games here with materials they're already producing, but I fail to see why GOG should have to cover the cost of providing all those refunds.
The best thing is probably just to not buy anymore Tinybuild games until they change their policy. Personally, very few of those games appear of any interest to me, so it's unlikely I would have bought them either way.

Still, I suspect that when all is said and done that they'll supply at least the bug fixes to the games here.
