I pre order Cyberpunk 2077s physical copy and they said it has a GOG code. Will Gog copy of cyberpunk still refelect on steamlibrary for hours of gameplay stat? or would i still buy the seperate versions of the game?

No. You'd have to buy/activate on steam for it to do that.
