I just bought a new games and https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders showed new links:
Ask for a refund (URL links to https://www.gog.com/refund-form/($hash))

Yep, GOG are doing everything possible to help cyberpunk sufferers and yet still most adamantly refuse to refund. Mad world.
