A Cautionary Tale -
Just last week my area was hit by storms. A lightning strike very nearby overwhelmed the power and electrical systems in the temporary place I'm staying for work. Even though my computer was behind a good portable surge protection (not my usual home protection), I had to replace some components. Luckily I kept a separate backup drive. The moral here is ... it can happen in a split second and lightning can travel far distances before the rest of the storm even reaches you.

Hallow Knight: Silksong is on my wishlist (like most of us!), but I found no proof on the interwebz that this killer game could run on W7, so I'll pass from participating to allow others a chance to play it sooner that I would. As for Serious Sam 4, I've enjoyed the previous series very much (such mayhem!) and I believe that this game would definitely fry my current rig. xD And finally, Fida Puti Samurai is a boomer shooter with a retro aesthetic that I absolutely love: it's retro look gave me hope that W7 might be able to handle this gem, but I've found no evidence for this either. So, onto my wishlist it goes!

In short, not in for this round. But winning any single one of these great prizes would be Stupendous!
