I have a problem with the GiroPay payment option. I tried to transfer money to my GOG Wallet with GiroPay and because i have a script blocker installed the last redirect to the GOG Galaxy Client didn't function properly. The money wasn't added to my GOG Wallet, but it was transferred from my bank account to theirs. I already opened 2 support tickets. Is it normal to not get a response in 5 days?

Hi,

You should be able to complete your transaction by temporarily allowing the scripts needed for GiroPay in order to complete your purchase :)

Once you're done purchasing, you can then reset the script blocker back to its original configuration :)
I tried that and it failed regardless. The transfer was five days ago. Could the money be manually added to my GOG Wallet?
