Timboli: I've made a little Windows based program to compare the differences.

https://github.com/Twombs/Bundle-Compare

The results are in TAB delimited text files, that use the TSV extension. You can use the viewer in my program or associate that extension with a program like Microsoft Works Spreadsheet.

Just the TSV files can be found in the following zip files.

Sorted.zip

Unsorted.zip
Decided I would like some more features, so Bundle Compare has been updated. Note the extra 'Have' (last) column, etc.

https://github.com/Twombs/Bundle-Compare/releases/tag/v1.2

The 'View Options' window has some nice new features, and an additional different way to see the list of titles, and assign a downloaded (etc) status.

eric5h5: That was probably true before, but not now. I'm here confirming that it's a download. There are no Steam keys for anything in the bundle; Itch specifically says that and it's true.
It's good that they added a DRM-free download, but given that they've only done that for this bundle and normally use itch.io to sell Steam keys (which is a practice I hate), I don't think the DRM-free version is likely to receive updates.

I mean, the last update on Steam was almost 2 years ago. It's OK for games to be done and not get updates forever.

That's fine, I just had no idea if it was still being updated. You can never tell with games these days, since launch is sometimes treated like an open beta and I'm wary of DRM-free releases being abandoned before they're "finished".

About one day 15 hours left for this, those who haven't seen it – you might not wanna miss out, and contribute. I'm also tempted to get in on The TTRPG Community Stands with Ukraine Bundle, which contains 112 tabletop RPG items, and has about 18 hours left.

So many tabletop games that my head is spinning. I wish you could filter them out. But I have managed to download over a hundred of them so far, with 430 remaining. I'm planning to try out everything.

I would recommend two games that have not been mentioned though:

Double Cross (Fun action platformer from The Adventures Of Chris devs)
Polywhirl (Reminds me of Sonic, very well made and has a bunch of hidden worlds and some rather challenging bosses. I enjoyed this way more than I expected.)
Highway Blossoms - Sekai Project Yuri VN

I wish I could get it! Baba is You and SNOG honorable mentions for good puzzle games missing from GOG's catalogue!
Oh, yes, and Attentat 1942, worth the bundle price alone.

Thanks for the reminder of this. Do not-yet-downloaded games stay "bought" after the offer ends?

Yes. But I believe they won't all be added to your library unless you manually do it.

They will. Individual items stay inside their respective bundle pages in your account until you choose to download them and then they get moved to your library. Specifically, go to My Library>My Purchases>Bundles and choose a bundle you've bought. Pick an item to download and it will then be added to Things you own in My Library.
Too bad that the Racial Justice and Equality bundle isn't available anymore .

I feel the same. At least I got this one... maybe someday I'll actually have the time and energy to see what's in it.
There's another bundle on Humble Bundle

As usual on that store now, it lacks any DRM-free games, but it also includes books and comics and some programs that might be worth checking out.

Edit: Nope, there are actually 2 GOG games included in the bundle (Wanderlust and Liberated) and Neverout includes a DRM-Free version.

Four of the games in Humble's Stand with Ukraine bundle area also in the itch Bundle for Ukraine - Wandersong, Superhot, Inmost, and Kingdom Two Crowns.
