Hello GOG team,

I bought the brutal edition of Ghostrunner 2. Normally, I should have all the dlcs that are released including Heat Pack. But, this dlc is still not in my library or offline installers. Also, this dlc is not considered purchased for me.

When will I be able to get this dlc since I have the brutal edition?

Still absent, by the way.
Had the same issue yesterday after reading your post. I was able to solve it in about three minutes with an account refresh After the refresh, go to your library and it should be there. The first few times you try to download it, it will give you an error (GOG Bear). Then, it should all be well. It's simply just Gog's outdated crappy website.

No cigar, even after numerous refreshes.
Got the Brutal Edition with the season pass included too, by the way.

I sent a request to the GOG team yesterday.

Reading your post just now, it worked for me.

However, the DLC does not appear as an order in my order history like other DLCs in the game.

I'm still waiting for GOG to return at my request.

I don't have the ice pack or the heat pack in my purchase history either. The only dlc for Ghostrunner 2 that shows up there for me is the dragon pack. However, they are all available in my library and downloadable after the refresh. So whatever is going on is affecting everyone it seems. Keep us posted on what GOG says, please. I, too, would like for them to show in my purchase history in case I ever need to provide proof of the purchase.

I already tried RizzoCuoco's solution and my DLC appeared. However, in my invoice/order space, I do not have a trace of the DLC for an order for zero euros.

Is this normal?

Furthermore, following my ticket, the customer service team offered me the same solution but no response concerning this story of ordering the DLC for zero euros.

In this particular case, I believe this is normal. I was also affected and don't see the order for the DLC.
