The Spring Sale is just around the corner so I guess that's when God of War will finally be released on GOG.
As for Horizon: Forbidden West and Ghost of Tsushima, I don't believe they'll get here this year still. It's possible, but given GOG's track record and how Sony treats their releases here, the scenario doesn't look much favourable.

My assumption is GoW releases (and the Spring Sale starts) in 50 min, 10 AM EST, but I could of course be totally wrong and we may have to continue waiting unfortunately.

Yes it was real. I have lots of better things to do than to waste time to create needless excitement on the GOG forums.

It's possible, but given GOG's track record and how Sony treats their releases here, the scenario doesn't look much favourable. The most we can do is to buy whatever Playstation LLC releases come here, money usually is a good motivator.
