ElPrimordial: Indeed: terrible, horrible 'feature'!
TY everyone for agreeing. I thought this thread would be deleted and downvoted like my last thread lol.

Darvond: The staff is aware; they haven't come to a decision regarding it.
And they will decide Soon(TM) ... i.e. in a decade or so.

It's really sad that GOG feels the need to copy Steam, even if the feature they copy is crap. Is there really a target audience that doesn't (know how to) read, but wants everything presented to them in videos that start without even clicking on them?
Sorry, I don't hate it. Most of the time, when I'm already a bit interested in the game, I watch it. Saves me the time to go to YT.

But I can understand if you find it annoying, even more for people with limited bandwith. IMHO, these video should stay, but not in autoplay mode, so you at least have the choice to launch them or not.
Yup, very annoying. Just a couple of screenshots would be sufficient.

The only time I go watch YT videos is to see actual gameplay. Can't trust any trailers these days.
I don't like this either, when I'm interested in a game, the first thing I'll look for is screenshots. I'd say, keep the trailer only on the actual game page.
It might not be so bad if the trailers actually ever had any useful information about the game they were for. Half the time you can't even tell what gameplay is even remotely like from these trailers. The majority of them just flash slogans intercut with video cuts so short and useless they may as well be screenshots anyways.
I know, right? This nonsense actually made me stop browsing the sale.

I should not have to go out of my way and tweak browser/plug-in/whatever for something that at least should be optional.
Mine has stopped auto playing.
Is this a Christmas gift from GOG?
