NuffCatnip: Just saw the trailer on a different site, I mean yeah, good on you CDProjekt, but you have to admit it's kind of ridiculous. :)
Oh well, the SC series is known to do these crossovers.

HunchBluntley: Still better than the Star Wars one in SC4. :|
You mean Yoda and Vader?
Yeah, those were weird choices.

Don't forget "The Apprentice" (I've got no idea why they didn't just call him "Starkiller" in that game). I could never see his name without thinking "Ya fired!"
Also, I just remembered that Link was in the GameCube version of SC2. That was arguably an even worse fit than Star Wars.

I have Darth Vader & Master Yoda in my SC so... :P

As said I too hope CDP got something useful out of it. And with something useful I mean every SC including the new one on release day on gog ;)

I might, maybe, even reluctantly consider to turn a blind eye on my "Fighters only on console" policy.

SCPM: Still no GOG release.

then what was the point D:
CDP does not = GOG. If you look at GOG history CDP/Witcher was usually at the forefront of some of the less popular changes here.

Didn't know that, just watched a gameplay video of him, he's way to cocky. :P
One of the Assassin's Creed characters made it as a guest character (don't know which ), pretty annoying. :/

Well, in hindsight Gerald does fit into the SC universe.

That would be neat as SC is one of the best fighting franchises, but to be honest, Capcom releasing the new Soul Calibur excusively on gog would be enough for me. :P

Capcom doesn't own Soul Calibur.

Huh, guess I am wrong. Last time I played a SC game was back in the PS2 era. :P
I remember people speculating this a few days ago. I'm hoping they do something neat and have him switch swords depending on who you're fighting.

Here's hoping they have some cool medallion effects too
For all those "strange as it will not come here" remarks - CD Project is not the same as gOg, it is much larger.

Namco Bandai and gOg makes sense, as they are distributor of the Witcher games, Namco Bandai and CD Project are already business partners.

And the Polish online store of CD Project (does it still exist?) was perfectly happy selling Steam keys. AFAIK they sold the PC Soul Calibur games there that activated on Steam (do they still do it?)

TionK: What a joke.
I hope CDPR at least struck some kind of deal to get something in return from Bandai Namco
Of course they did. Companies don't go around lending out elements of their IPs to competing companies for free out of the goodness of their tender loving hearts. Surely they got paid money for that.
Geralt looks odd like the shadowing was off in that trailer. He looked washed out. And his eyes were almost brown, not golden.
