CDPR: "We are not Kingdom Hearts, we are not joining universes, and I know that there are a lot of fans on the team and they would like to have Ciri in the game [CP2077]. But I am totally against it, still.”

Also CDPR: *Adds Geralt to DRM and MTX infected game that isn't even theirs.*

Solutions to get out of this fiasco:
1) Remove Geralt from SC6.
2) Add SC6 to GOG.
3) Add Ciri to CP2077.
4) Show the middle finger like they did to people asking to add TPP for CP2077.

You also had Witcher stuff in Team Fortress 2 ages ago : will you ask valve to release TF2 on GoG ?

I'm pretty sure noone of you knew this, or simply totally forgotten because it's not a big deal.

And about Denuvo : Two point hospital also removed it like in less than a week. (denuvo was cracked in 24 hours)

Even if games cracked publishers not always remove DRM, even if they do it's not added to GOG, they keep it on Steam.

Also costume =/= character, and adding Geralt to SC6 despite their unwillingness to add Ciri to CP2077.

I guess all the people complaining about this never stopped to consider that maybe this small asset share is part of a larger plan on CDPR's part to build a relationship with that distributor in hopes of future collaboration or partnership.

Who cares if one game in particular gets a release here or not? CDPR building good working relationships with other businesses in the industry is more valuable. The releases will come after that anyways.

Costume and characters are exactly the same : skins (sometimes about or from a determined licence).

And having Team-Fortress 2 in wishlist is as legit as asking Trump to french-kiss a mexican hobo in front of medias.
(this list even contain Cyberpunk 2077... come on...)

PS : and after watching some trailers and videos about Geralt in SC6, I'm morer than glad it's not the same in Witcher, or I would probably have never played the whole serie. (this voice and those effetcs... *yuk*)

It is a shame this game isn't on GoG. My first instinct was to look for it there. Denuvo was cracked so I don't even see the point of keep using it? And like someone said, they should put forth the condition of GoG release before agreeing to let Geralt in the game.

Darvond: If discussions move to a newer thread, it's presumed that you too, move to the new thread. Simple netiquette that has existed since the days of the BBS boards and Usenet. The thread I linked to was newer than the one you somehow found and dug up from slumber.

Most forums also employ some kind of automatic lock after a thread has lapsed in discussion.
