Hm, i don't know if it counts, but i would also say; "Streets of Rage Remake V5.1". By getting to know how to play Max Thunder (the beast wrestler from Streets of Rage 2) and putting correct options for game, enemies behavior etc, you can devastate any enemies en masse quickly, half-way effortlessly, only with 2-3 basic moves, the strongest of which is attained at second Star Proficiency! I beat both main game and most mods, without even spending a single continue, in Mania Difficulty, which is really, really hard.
