I picked this to be a little fun ok? I am thinking of games that might have a superior audio track or might have been in another language to begin with. I excluded Japanese as it is obvious.
I will start with playing at least the audio in Metro in Russian as it is quite good.

pssst
Have you heard of the Witcher games? They're from this little known country called Poland.
STALKER has a few bar songs and campfire songs. But I do not care for the death metal ish music added. Seems out of place.
Gothic, Deponia, Enderal in German.
Galador apparently doesn't have English audio. The original Polish is mostly good. Not exactly award worthy, but not bad either. Unfotunately the game itself suffer heavily from some terrible puzzles. I'd recommend resiging yourself to playing with a walkthrough, trying to do without one is just a recipe for frustration.
I'd say polish for Witcher.

I've seen the prologue of the first game in czech, english and polish and always found the non-original voice overs to be either skipping out on some of the context or slightly changing what was being said. And as all the other translations are based on the english one, it proliferates into all the voice over versions, including the subtitles.

I'd love some fan made subtitles for that game that are actually accurate and translated straight from polish and not from the english script.

One of the reviews on this site claims that the English text is actually a fan translation.

I'm pretty sure there's at least one game on this site that doesn't even have English text, but I don't remember what it was.

Anstoss 2&3 for example.

It's a well-known fact that it's a fan translation.

Of course the game card doesn't say that, so that can be a bit of a problem, assuming that fan translation is considered worse than professional translation, which can be the case, but very often is quite the opposite.
In this case I have heard from more than one source that the translation is not the best possible, but I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with it.

You may be thinking of Kajko i Kokosz, which has a fan translation available, but for some reason isn't offered by GOG.
The game has been removed from GOG for unknown reasons, so unless you bought it back then, it's currently unavailable.
