Is "Tower Hunter - Erza's Trial" on par with Steam?

It seems we are missing the free costume DLC, but I can't confirm, since I do not own it personally.

Could only find this update here:

Tower Hunter: Erza's Trial: V2019.1.07 ⇒ V2019.1.12. (from end of december)

Can anybody confirm or bust my theory? Thanks a lot!
List keeps growing, that's not how it's supposed to be...

Added:
Kingdom Rush - missing updates
Swag and Sorcery - missing updates

Updated:
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - missing Breach multiplayer mode

Haven't added Driftmoon and Tower Hunter: Erza's Trial yet. Giving Driftmoon a few more days and Tower Hunter needs confirmation

We do not know WHAT was updated at those times. If the changes are minimal only, then I can accept the publisher to update them at a later time, when more "problems" are patched out at once. Until december everything was kind of okay, so I do not know how "bad" the GOG build is today.

Not many people seem to own the title, so getting more opinions is kind of difficult at this moment. Sadly.

The costume DLC is included in the GOG version. Look at the Screenshot.

Now the bad news: Tower Hunter: Erza's Trial is missing a lot of updates without changelogs. Though the biggest update has one: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/844850/view/2927862651370064835

Thanks. Another bummer here. Hopefully GOG will enforce the missing updates someday. :(

About Tower Hunter: Erza's Trial, I emailed the developers yesterday, and they replied today with this:
Thanks for reminding, we will update it next Monday

This is a really nice surprise - especially since the devs did not just say "Thanks, we will do what we can" but they actually said when they plan to update it. Thank you!

Sadly, some devs are indeed quite hard to get in contact with, but at least you're contacting them when you can.

About GOG's support, in the lack of a better word, there's a lot of room for improvement. So I'd try reaching for them only as a last case scenario.

And about the devs supporting the game after they've been released, some times we get situations like Necrobarista's where the devs didn't know there was an issue, or like Tower Hunter: Erza's Trial, where the devs just needed a small push in the form of an email to update the game (@everyone: remember to be polite if you contact a developer or publisher).

Lastly, maybe if more people would contact the devs/publishers of these faulty games, maybe it'd be more likely for them to notice? The messages could be ending in a spam folder or in a corporate inbox that could be hiding these messages by the noise of many other messages being received daily, so who knows if the devs are really ignoring the messages or something happened to them along the way? Still, thanks to everyone for maintaining this thread and helping when you can.
About Erza's Trial, since it was brought up in the "games that rarely go on sale now on sale" thread, I emailed the devs again. Might take a while for them to reply back, though, due to timezones (fairly sure they're based in Japan). Asked whether the missing updates are for Steam-specific issues, and if the free DLC from Steam is included in the base game.

I am pretty sure the DLC is included in the GOG base game. Steam showed one of those dresses and the shown dress is part of the actual GOG build. Also, in case you should have missed, it has already been said in the other thread that the user confused public and beta branch in steamdb. See here. So while we still are missing out it is probably just the Korean language fix that is missing in the GOG version. Still, thank you for reaching out to the dev. They were very responsive when I contacted them in 2021 on their discord and updated the GOG version days later.
