As pointed above, achievements are worthless artificial padding.

Which of course is a completely subjective opinion and not a stated fact.

Yes, but this is of course an forum for posting such opinions and wasting spare time.

Danger Scavenger OST is MP3 only, it's FLAC on steam.

When asked, he says MP3 is fine for "99,999" percent of sound systems - smug and dismissive, as if I'm some 10 year old and it doesn't matter what quality I use on my little shitter phone.

Pay the same price as steam for lower quality = second class citizen.

Edit: I know this is a necro, but I was going to buy the game and OST because of this thread, and found no mention of this elsewhere.

Astrox Imperium, I get the updates/notes here frequently :P
Looks like GOG's release of No One Lives in Heaven has more things to offer compared to Steam's, at least at this point:

https://www.gog.com/game/no_one_lives_in_heaven_digital_deluxe_edition

Steam version is missing Digital Deluxe DLC and Soundtrack.
Sorry for the necro, but I thought it'd be interesting to mention this here:

It would seem Jim Power never got the promised NES and Mega Drive versions of the game on Steam, according to both when I checked the game's files and this thread, and the fact that SteamDB reports that the last depot update was all the way back in 2018 (so no new contents since then).

Meanwhile, Jim Power released here today and it says this in its store page:
Game purchase includes DOS, SNES, NES and Megadrive versions. You can switch between them in GOG Galaxy. Go to 'Manage Installation' -> 'Configure' -> 'Beta Channels'. You can also download all offline installers in 'Download offline backup game installers' section of your library.

System requirements
[...]
Other: All included versions are emulated

Just a little something about Jim Power: also according to SteamDB, there was a mention about NES and Mega Drive in a depot update 6 days ago (information source), but the SteamDB browser extension still says the last update was back in 2018, and I downloaded the game on Steam again just to be sure, but I still see no files that appear to be related to the NES and MD.

Maybe the update are not yet public? If it becomes available on Steam as well, I'll mention it here.
Piko Interactive said the contents from Jim Power will be added to the Steam version in the next few days:

Just make a new thread, this one was dead from the start.
As pointed out earlier, Danger Scavenger doesn't even include the FLAC release, that's literally 2nd class citizen and it's still on the OP.
