I own all the Fallout games on GOG. But like forever whenever they are on sale or anything they do not show up as me owning them like my other games. Anyone else have this glitch?

It'a nog a glitch, these are published by bethesda now that's why.
Did you purchase them before 2014?

The original store entries for Fallout 1 + 2 + Tactics were removed from the store and replaced by new entries with different goodies after the rights were acquired by Bethesda, or something.

It's the same for everyone. The games you own are the ones that were published by Interplay, the ones that are on sale now are the ones published by Bethseda. While these are the same games, they have different extras and a different catalogue ID. That's why they are shown as not owned.
You own the Fallout Classic versions from when Interplay sold them here.

These are the new Bethesda versions.

The Classics have much more bonus goodies and Mac versions, whereas these new Bethesda ones are Windows only with very little bonus content.

The games themselves are exactly the same.
bethesda tries to sell you the games that you already own
You have Interplay version.

tbh I wish Rockstar had taken a similar "grandfathering" approach when they lost the rights to the radio tracks in Vice City.

A few years ago Rockstar were issued an infringement notice by the RIAA regarding the copyright status of various songs featured in Vice City. The game was re-released on Steam afterwards with 10 of the offending tracks removed.

I actually thought they did this by delivering a surprise update for everyone, but I just proved myself wrong with some light research. It's a separate Steam entry just like the Fallout games here. So never mind.

You're thinking of San Andreas.
