Does anyone here know how long it takes for Gamersgate support to respond and how they respond?

Since I'm probably not the only one who thought this after seeing that thread title, I'm just going to leave this link here:

edit #11: I;ve tried to add some links from twitter and elsewhere but my post isn't updating so I guess I'll leave out the links. They just started their summer sale so they may be a bit behind on support. How long have you been waiting?

Hello.

Last time I talked to GamersGate support (1 month ago) about a missing key, they sent me a replacement within the same day, along with notifying me about it via e-mail.
