I notice a strange thing happening when installing GOG games on my W10 x64 Creators Update machine. The shortcut to the main game doesn't show up in my start menu. It doesn't show up if you type it in the start menu either. But the weird part is when you go to the folder where the start menu shortcuts is (ex: \programdata\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\Game Folder) the shortcut is right there! All of the other shortcuts to the manual, readmes, uninstall programs show up in the start menu, but the shortcut to the game .exe does not. This is very strange. Has anybody encountered this?

I was just looking for answers to same thing. I go to game folder, right-click and pin to start menu, but there's something wrong. The created pin is e.g. in case of Ultima 7 Black Gate "W-Microsoft.Auto... {B2E76D58-4B2C..." on two lines. Name is too long to be seen properly and I don't know how to view it.

Just pulling the shortcut to the Start Menu also gives the red "forbidden" icon. I'd really like to organize my games to start menu for tablet use, but I guess I have to use the client until this is fixed.
