I bought a game (Skald) the basic version, requested a refund and bought the full version. The problem is: I went through this process, but the game refused to install, I thought that GOG was down or that it was my internet/PC, but it wasn't! I was able to download other games (even heavier), except for this game that kept saying 'out of service'. I requested a refund, got refunded, but the game is still in my library and I can no longer install or buy it again, since it appears as if I own it. What should I do? Will this get resolved after some time?
the game was on sale and in other places it is even more expensive. :/

It's a server problem, will take some time in disappear. Have you tried the offline installers or Galaxy?

Yes, i tried. and same thing happened. cant download or buy again.

Then you should definitely contact GOG support through this link. It might take a couple of days for them to answer depending on how busy they are.
